Service 01

A sales development desk that works your market every day.

An outbound SDR is only as good as the system around them: the list, the message, the cadence, the coaching and the handoff. We supply all five. Your reps are assigned to your account, trained on your product and buyer, and managed against meetings your sales team actually accepts, not activity counts.

01Who it's for

Built for teams like these.

  • a.B2B companies with a proven offer and an average deal large enough to justify human outreach
  • b.Sales leaders who need pipeline this quarter and can't wait six months to hire and ramp a team
  • c.Founders who have been doing outbound themselves and need it to run without them
  • d.Teams with an in-house SDR function that need extra coverage for a new segment or region
02What's included

The work, in detail.

01.01

Assigned reps, not a shared pool

Each rep works a defined territory for you. They learn the objections, the vocabulary and the people, and that knowledge compounds month to month.

01.02

Account research before first touch

Reps look for a reason to reach out: a new hire in the buying team, a funding round, a stack change, a job post that names the problem you solve.

01.03

Coordinated multi-channel cadences

Calls, emails and LinkedIn touches are sequenced as one conversation over two to four weeks, with each step referencing the last.

01.04

Qualification to your definition

We agree the bar up front, whether that's BANT, a fit-and-pain check or a custom set of questions, and hold every meeting to it.

01.05

Weekly coaching and call review

A team lead listens to recorded calls, reviews replies and adjusts talk tracks every week based on what's landing.

01.06

Clean handoff notes

Every booked meeting arrives in your CRM with context: who they are, why now, what they said and what they want to see.

03Process

How it runs.

  1. Define the target

Ideal customer profile, buying committee, exclusions and the accounts you already own.

  2. Build the list

Accounts and contacts sourced, verified and tiered by fit and timing signals.

  3. Write the plays

Messaging by persona and segment, call scripts, objection handling and sequence logic.

  4. Launch and learn

A controlled first wave to test messages and lists before volume goes up.

  5. Scale what works

Shift effort toward the segments, titles and angles that produce accepted meetings.

04Questions

Outbound SDR Teams: FAQ

01How long before the first meetings?

Setup covers research, list building, messaging and domain warm-up, and usually takes three to five weeks. Most programs see first conversations within the first two weeks of live outreach. Anyone who promises meetings in week one is skipping the warm-up, and your domain pays for it later.

02Do the reps work under our brand?

Yes. Reps reach out as members of your team, using your domains, your email signatures and your CRM. Prospects shouldn't be able to tell where your company ends and ours begins.

03What do you need from us?

A clear picture of who buys and why, access to a few recent won and lost deals, a calendar for booked meetings and a person who will give feedback on meeting quality each week. That feedback loop matters more than anything else.

04Who owns the data and the playbook?

You do. Lists, sequences, call notes and the playbook stay in your systems. If you later bring the function in-house, your new team starts with everything we learned.

05How do you measure success?

Meetings your account executives accept as qualified, and the pipeline those meetings create. We report activity too, but only as a diagnostic.
